SBC, the reel 2020-2022
As co-chairman of The Belgian Society of Cinematographers (SBC), I am honored to represent this esteemed group of D.O.P.'s. Our latest showreel showcases a collection of visuals captured by our talented Belgian Directors of Photography between 2020-2022.
The showreel has been edited by Sam Van Roosbroeck and features exclusive footage from various projects, including personal fragments from Stijn Conincx's "KONING KABBERDAS," a film, as well as two French productions such as "RENAISSANCE", directed by Frank Van Passel, and "LES AMATEURS", directed by Fred Scotlande for Disney+.

"DAG MA", een pareltje van een docufilm gerealiseerd door Marie De Hert en Ellen Pollaert haalde het van 9 andere pareltjes en kreeg hiervoor de Juryprijs voor Beste Belgische Documentaire @ Docville 2023. Als jurylid heb ik samen met mijn twee Nederlandse collega's, Floris-Jan Van Luyn en Willem Wouters, de eer gehad om gedurende zeven dagen een sterke selectie van genomineerde documentaires te mogen beoordelen. De films waren zorgvuldig geselecteerd door festivaldirecteur Frank Moens en getuigden van een opmerkelijke diversiteit en cinematografische expertise.
